TO PARTNER WITH US, YOU MUST:

  • build at minimum 2–4 custom homes per year currently
  • have crew capacity to take on 3–5 additional builds within 6 months
  • carry all required licenses and insurance (no handymen)
  • build custom — not remodels, not production homes, not spec flips
  • make decisions without needing to "think about it" for weeks
